Book Introduction
Confucianism, Buddhism, Daoism, Christianity, and Chinese Culture (Chinese-English bilingual edition) includes 10 representative academic articles by Professor Tang Yijie, all of which were previously translated into English and published in various Chinese and international journals. These articles explore the interactions and clashes among different cultural ideologies, including Confucianism, Daoism, Buddhism, and Christianity. In response to the "Clash of Civilizations" theory proposed by Western scholars, Professor Tang introduced the concept of "harmony without uniformity," which has had a profound impact on the philosophical circles both in China and abroad.
